We believe that internet shopping should be fast and hassle free with a speedy delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore items purchased before 14.00 Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Free collection is also offered 6 days per week from our Burgess Hill Warehouse.

• Depending on the size/value of your package, it will be sent with either Royal Mail First Class (partially tracked), Parcelforce24 (tracked) , DHL (tracked), DX (tracked) or FedEx Express (tracked) if item length is longer than 150cm**

If the order is placed before 14.00 o’clock on weekdays it will normally be delivered either next working day or the day after. If order is placed over the weekend or after 14.00 o’clock on Friday it will be posted on Monday and again will be delivered within 48 hours.

** Please note when purchasing items longer than 120cm for delivery to the following postcodes, we will ask you to pay additional £15.00 postage cost as unfortunately the delivery cost of bulky items to those postcodes is very high.

If for any reason you miss your delivery, the delivery company will leave their calling card and information on how to arrange redelivery at a convenient time for you, for no extra cost. We will be also more then happy to do this on your behalf.

If the carrier has tried and failed to deliver your order three times, it will be returned to us, potentially incurring a redelivery charge in the process.
