Our shower curtain rails are made from quality aluminium offering durability and rust resistance.

This is perfectly normal with spring tension rails. All you have to do is follow the instructions and separate the two poles, then re-insert the inner one into the wider tube with the spring attached end going last into the wider tube, add the end cabs and the rail will be in default position ready to install again.
